使用cisco3725测试思科路由器hardware的过程
思科测试路由器硬件:以cisco 3725为例。
二手的思科路由器在出售前需检测一下设备是否正常。
声明:为了不影响测试,在交换机成功启动后进入命令行界面时须清除二手设备前一个主人留下的配置,具体配置命令:router#erase startup-config(清除所有配置)
switch#reload
最后重启你就可以得到一台配置初始化的路由器了。
下面是测试的过程:
1:加电是否正常。如果加电无反应,则需要更换电源测试电源的好坏。顺便测试一下风扇的好坏。
2:在命令行观察系统是否成功加载,系统如果不能成功加载或者自动进入恢复IOS的界面,则需要灌注IOS,具体灌注方法看博文的IOS灌注方法。如果系统正常进入但是在进入特权模式的时候有密码,就要做密码破解,具体的密码破解方法查看博文密码恢复。
3:正常进入系统后,需要做的事情
a:查看版本,看一下系统显示的型号和本路由器是否一致。

c:查看卡板,看一下当前所插的卡板和系统里显示的是否一样。如果路由器收购回来没有附带卡板,你可以拿一些测试卡板来试一下卡槽是否能正常检测到卡板就OK了。

4:最后一步,需要做更细致的检测的话就需要将路由器接上网线,和电脑互相ping看看是否丢包,是否通就可以更细致的确定接口的好坏了,一般来说,路由器默认带的以太网或者Gbit以太网接口是需要做这个测试的。另外还有一些Serial口线,八爪线缆的接口需要自行买线来测试。
